Our studios are fully furnished, consisting of an open-plan room with an ensuite shower, kitchenette, and storage solutions. Complementary housekeeping takes place every fortnight and includes a change of bed linen and light cleaning of your studio and ensuite. Residents are provided access to a communal kitchen, which will be shared with no more than 6 other residents. Concierge, a monitored CCTV system, and keycard-only access to the building ensures security of the property.
All our residents have free access to our fully licensed lounge and bar, restaurant, outside terrace, state-of-the-art gym, and luxury cinema.
Our deluxe studios are ready for single occupants to move into now for just £803.87 per month (based on a 4-month minimum tenancy for a single occupant). Car parking spaces are available for an additional £70 per month and a £800 deposit is required.
